A Note from Mayela
These policies come from a place of care — for you and for every client who walks through my door. When we respect each other's time, I can give every appointment the full attention and quality it deserves. Thank you for taking a moment to read through them.
Late Arrivals
- I hold a 6-minute grace period.
- If you arrive more than 6 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time — so we can still deliver the quality you came for.
- My priority is always to send you home happy.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Everyone gets a one-time grace — life happens, and I understand that.
- After a second late cancellation or no-show, a minimum $25 deposit (or more depending on the service) will be required to secure future bookings.
- Deposits are applied directly toward your appointment — they're yours.
- Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled late or missed, as that time was held exclusively for you.
- No-show appointments are subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- This allows me to offer that time to another client who may be waiting — and keeps everything running smoothly for everyone.
